A working demonstration of how AI-assisted analysis fits into a foundation's grants management. The assistant routes between qualitative vector search over grant documents and structured queries against grant data — letting a user ask qualitative questions ("what challenges did grantees face?") and quantitative ones ("how many grants did we make in Uganda?") through one interface. Built on a 100-grant illustrative portfolio.
